I'm not a Wiccan so I can't assist with the first aspect of your question.

As far as spells & foreign languages are concerned, look at the spell in English, try to understand the ESSENCE and ENERGY of what is happening there (look BEYOND the words) and re-write the spell in your own language.

Even if you don't think it is very good, an honest, heart felt spell you wrote YOURSELF is worth much more and works far more powerfully than anything someone else has written, and that's a fact.

For the spells and rituals on my site, it is easy to translate the words and the other things, like salt and candles, can stay the same.
