Flow away the heavy burdens,
flow away what wears me down,
flow away what blocks my systems
flow away that heavy frown,
I feel lightness in my shoulders,
in my neck and in my spine,
roll away those heavy boulders,
make me light and make me mine,

this my will, so shall it be!
